Idyllic

Painting #5 in the Summer Trees Series 

This tree stood in our front yard for years. I loved its presence. However, in 2023 half of it died and we ended up having to cut the whole thing down. I was deeply saddened by it. I want to remember the tree this way. How idyllic it really was. And that’s why I named this one, “Idyllic.”
